What are your hours of operation? We're an online store, so technically, we're open 24/7/365. However, our business days are Monday — Friday, 9 AM — 7 PM (EST) . . . excluding major holidays.
When will my order ship?
In stock orders ship within 5-7 business days of receipt of the order.
Special orders ship within 10-15 business days of receipt of order. If your

@ J. Lexi, we allow you to choose your method of shipping. We gift you
with FREE SHIPPING on orders of $60 or more. Currently, we only ship
within the United States.

Do you offer coupon codes + how do I use them?
We love to offer coupon codes to our loyal customers + prospective
loyal customers, alike. Please check out our Facebook page, blog,

for our email list to receive exclusive money saving coupon codes +
product offerings before they are available to the general public. Please make sure you see the discount BEFORE submitting your order.
What is your return policy?
@ J. Lexi we stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase, return it to us postmarked within 5 days of
receipt. You are responsible for paying the cost to return the
product. We will happily refund the purchase price minus shipping +
handling within 7 business days of receiving the return. If your items
arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We are happy to exchange the unopened items at our expense.
How is my privacy protected?

Sensitive information entered online is encrypted + transmitted using
state of the art SSL technology.
Do you offer wholesale? Yes. If you are Interested in carrying our products or would like to see them on the shelves of your favorite shop or boutique, please contact us via the contact form.
Are your products natural.
Yes, our products range from 100% to 98% natural. We find that
fragrance oils hold better in soaps + butters so we've decided to use
the highest quality + skin safe fragrances available. Our fragrance oils are FREE of parabens + phthalate.
How are your hair, face + body products formulated + made?
Our products are made with LOVE! Our soaps, scrubs, butters, lotions,
deodorant, etc. are handcrafted from scratch in small batches. Our
soaps are created using the cold process, hot process or combination methods.
How long do your soap + other products stay fresh? @
J. Lexi we use natural preservatives in our lotions, scrubs + other products that are made with water or have the potential of having water added to them, when needed. Soaps become more
mild + gentle, as they cure . . . so they're good forever! We cure our soaps for at least 12 weeks
before they are available to the public.
Are your hair, face + body products safe for babies and people with sensitive skin?
Unless marketed for babies, our products are for young + mature
adults. We use fresh natural products, unrefined oils + butters, and
other quality, skin-safe ingredients (including our fragrance oils). Disclaimer:

most commercial skin care products.
Are your soaps biodegradable? Yes, they are completely biodegradable as only earth friendly natural ingredients are used.
Why does your face and body soap make my skin feel softer than commercial soap?
The naturally occurring glycerin content of handcrafted cold process
soap is retained in the bar, providing moisture for your skin. Most
mass-produced face and body soaps have the glycerin removed as it is a
valuable by-product that is then sold for use in other cosmetics. With
our line you will receive all the moisturizing benefits that glycerin
has to offer. Because of the natural glycerin + our moisturizing +
hydrating ingredients, our soaps probably contain more glycerin than
most. In humid or wet weather, your soap may get moist . . . no
worries, that's the glycerin doing it's job attracting moisture to
itself. When the weather dries, so will your soap, keeping your soap in
a cool + dry place prevents moisture.
How do I make my soap last longer?
Our natural handmade soaps do not contain any surfectants, foaming or
hardening agents. Please allow your soap to dry between usage + rest on
an elevated draining soap dish. Like fine wine, our soaps get better
with age. Please store your unopened + unused soap in a cool dark + dry
place like a drawer or closet.
Do you really donate 100% of the proceeds from your Thinking of You bar? Absolutely! J. Lexi, LLC has donated 100% of the Think of You proceeds to AAngelsNJ since the inception of the bar! Giving is a large part of J. Lexi's mission. Our goal is to help as many people as possible by giving to many organizations across America. We are particularly interested in uplifting + empowering women. All suggestions on giving are welcome.
